  • 2015
    In response to the state government’s promotion of PPP model, CSCII has been positively creating new investment patterns, mainly adopting PPP model in infrastructure such as highways, social public utilities such as schools and hospitals, with the successful investment case in the Bengbu-Wuhe highway. The company further enlarged its geographical scope of business, with entrance into Chengdu, Binzhou, Bengbu and other cities.

    China State Construction strengthened its management expertise, optimizes management structure, and overall operates its business in Chinese Mainland through the newly established platform of CSCII. After the management rearrangement, the company has made great achievements, with entering into 9 cities such as Zhengzhou, Hefei, Xi’an, Jiaxing, Fuzhou, Qingdao, Huzhou, Taizhou, etc., experimenting on construction industrialization, developing industrial parks. The company’s investment volume reaches 38 billion HKD in 2014.

    China State Construction expanded its business layout after establishing subsidiaries in Zhangzhou, Hangzhou, Wuxi, Wenzhou, Zhenjiang, etc., and some spots had connected and integrated into a large region.
  • 2010
    China State Construction independently invested and operated affordable housing BT projects in Tianjin and Chongqing, which marks its formal entry into the affordable housing market in Chinese Mainland. With several successful investments in infrastructure BT projects, investments in infrastructure and affordable housing had become the two major businesses of China State Construction.
  • 2009
    China State Construction seized the opportunity of the promotion of “Four Trillion” policy by the central government, and cooperated with parent company and other brother units to participate in some major projects such as the Coastal Highway in Tangshan , Wuxian Highway and Shahu Channel in Wuhan. Meanwhile, the company took over the parent company’s highway business in Shanxi province.
  • 2007
    China State Construction announced a series of asset acquisitions and investments to expand business in Chinese Mainland.
  • 2005
    China State Construction was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
  • 1979
    China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. set up China Overseas Building Development Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong.
